HG Consulting Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service with written notice.
Completed or delivered work remains non-refundable.
Sections such as confidentiality and intellectual property continue to apply after termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
